✅  2. This is modular Screen. Backlight is part of the laptop not screen. You must make sure your technician knows how to install Modular Screen using existing backlight.

Kindly check your digitizer board and cable since they are the most likely cause of any touch issue; please do not open a return claiming the touch did not work.
