We provide warranty for our products against more than 3 dead pixels. | |
Customers have 7 days to check the product & report Dead-on-Arrival (DOA). Although highly unlikely, please contact us as soon as possible if you find such problem. | |
If for any reason during the 7 day inspection period you want to return the product for refund, you will be charged 20% restocking fees. | |
All the products can only be accepted if they have proper RMA number. Please request your RMA number before returning the product. | |
Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. | |
