If your existing LCD is 1440 X 900 WXGA resolution and if you try to upgrade to 1920x1200 WUXGA it will not work. If your laptop came originally with WUXGA 1920x1200 then and then listed LCD is going to work for you. We recently had customer who tried to upgrade resolution thinking his GPU can handle it but experiment failed as it did not work for him.
